Refunds and Returns Policy

1.Service Fees

Our professional service fees are generally non-refundable once the visa application, travel booking, or requested service has been initiated.

2.Visa Application Fees

Embassy, consulate, and government visa fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether a visa is approved, refused, delayed, or withdrawn, as these fees are determined by the respective authorities.

3.Air Ticket Refunds

Refunds for airline tickets are subject to the fare rules, cancellation policies, and refund procedures of the respective airline. Any applicable airline charges or service fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

4.Hotel Reservations

Hotel booking cancellations and refunds are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy and the terms of the booking provider. Refund eligibility may vary depending on the reservation type.

5.Tour Packages

Refunds for tour packages depend on the cancellation policy of the tour operator, hotels, airlines, and other service providers involved. Cancellation charges may apply.

6.Client Cancellation

If a client chooses to cancel a service after processing has begun, only eligible refundable amounts, if any, will be returned after deducting applicable service charges and third-party fees
